Immortal as General Zod in the Superman films, and unforgettable to horror fans in The Collector (1965), The Company of Wolves (1984), The Haunted Mansion (2003), and Last Night in Soho (2021).
A true screen legend!
My favorite role of his was in the Get Smart movie.
Terence Stamp was a fantastic actor, and he played General Zod in Superman. So cool and so creepy at the same time. RIP to the legend!
I live in rural Metropolis, Illinois. Hometown of Superman. They have a museum in town. I wonder if they have anything about him there.
That would be interesting to know. He did have quite a big part in the Superman movies, I remember him very well from those, so would be awesome if he did have anything about him in that museum 🙂
I remember him very, very well in the Superman movies. My brother and I used to watch Superman a lot, and he would always be one character in the movie that always jumped out at me.
Such an amazing actor, and for sure a great loss. My thoughts are with his family and friends.
